Description

Beeing on holiday i have a little more time to do something with Vue. I have Lyne's outstanding duck package for quite a while now and wanted to do something with it of course. Here it is. Who is who: Lyne's Creations duck package (flying) and geese; Monsoon's Earthenwear package for the background hill, his Seascape one for spashes and water (waves + material) - both from 3DCommune; RDNA pines (old wood); McDettis long grass for VuePro; House from Virtual Backlot - from Marketplace here. The rest is me, my Mac and VuePro. Edited at 2.11.04 - exchanged image with a Vue 5 rendering

Great job Walther. The splashes, the close up pov and the excellent lighting work very well indeed. A fine render. Like the added touch of the v shaped group heading somewhere!

What a fabulous POV! I feel like I must duck before they hit me in the head. This would make a good animation. Excellent water and veggies. Please do some more while you have the time!

Great to see you work again! Cool scene, like the overcast sky, very topical! Well done! It does seem like the reeds on the right are a bit 'airborne', though.

Saw the little reed problem - of course too late. I will render the new version over night and then exchange the image. Sorry for that, but the fight was hard enough so this was not in my focus long enough.

lovely one Walther. I like this very much and would love to see it rendered in superior or ultra. The pov is excellent but you might try a bit of haze in the atmosphere to suggest distance between the land beyond and the closer ducks. Hope hunting season isn't opened yet!
