Here is just one more knot that shows all 41 code rows. This is the big picture!
Thank you all for the viewings and comments yesterday! I had to laugh at the suggestion that I write a tutorial as I am still very much a student of this .ucl BUT!! if I did the first thing that came to mind was Julie Andrews in the SOUND OF MUSIC teaching the children to sing... and a tutorial might go something like..."Now children 2 3 4 5 6 and 1 are only the tools you need to build a knot, one numeral for every line or edge, and you build the knot by mixing them up, like this;6 2 3 4 1 5 6...can you do that?" and then by the end of the tutorial we are running through the Hills with wild abandon then through Grand central station, and up to the Top of the Empire State building singing in code and rows...and then it would go on...I would say "NOW VIVIAN!" and she woulds start:
"ONE A LINE A VERTICAL LINE!
ROC!
TWO A DIAGONAL LINE....
MICHAEL!
THREE A LINE A HORIZONTAL LINE>>>"
and so on...(sung to the tune of Doe a Deer)With all this in mind we are wearing fractal playsuits made from curtains designed by Nelsone...and then we land in Jail...
But in all seriousness there is a mini-tutorial in the notes on the .ucl file. My only suggestion is to use a simple gradient so you can see what you are doing, for me, I like the grayscale...hope that helps...!
I will put together another storyboard as I take the knots through further transformations.
Thanks Again for the hits and the comments!
Have a Magical Numerical Wednesday!

I have never looked at fractal art before, but after this and your very funny "tutorial" I might have to make time for it. Kudos!

All I gotta say is I'm glad I have Apo! lol q-: I don't have to mess with those lines! HAHAHAHHAAAAAAAA...oh!.... This is lovely! I can't look at it too long, because the blue is freaking my eyes out! Still, it's wonderful! (:

... and I'd probably chime in with "Four, a pretzel's in my shoe!"... and be tossed like a ragdoll from the Empire State building by Michael because he thought we were re-enacting The Wizard of Oz instead and I was the wicked witch ... ;) It's a trip on the ol' eyeballs... but it's well worth the corneal trauma to see these wonderful knots of yours, Chris! Beauties!! :)

It's wonderfully hypnotic, and the overwhelming blue enforces the trip.
