Description

From a new series of digital decorative panels. Made from original photography and scans of brocade, gold leaf, sheet mother of pearl and digitally simulated lead. I've mounted this as a two panel folding screen and also produced large format archival digital prints.

Great project! Must cost a fortune... but hey, You made a fantastic object! Only thing that bothers me is that both panels have the same image printed... The scanning of gold leave works out very delightful, congratulations.

Well, you're right. To simply flip the panel was an easy way to make a screen! It was actually completed on a single Saturday and it was really more of a lucky experiment. My ambition going forward is to use the same techniques to develop more complex and varied compositions. Consider it an Etude.
