Description

I powered up Poser this morning. With the intention of really learning how it works, so I can use it and use it properly. I've never really played around with the Dolphin model before, so was having fun doing that when this picture came to mind. Pretty simple and it's probably been done to death, but not by me and I'm a learning, so give me a break. :-) So, several poser dolphins and rendered in Bryce with postwork (levels and a few rays) in PS7. Thanks for taking the time to look.

That is an awesome image! It looks like a photograph. It reminds me of being out on the water when the dolphins ride your bow waves. Great job!

You've done an incredible job with this Phil... I love the bubbles and the surface ripples... so graceful... so peaceful... so heartwarming!

I like this Phil! The murky look really works quite nicely here. I love the caustics simulation. Excellent as always.

Damn Phil! The depth on this is perfect, I can really see this as an under water photo. Fantastic work on this piece.

It's "probably been done to death" but in this case with excellence and details, it's one of those "must do" Bryce scenes, lol. Bubles are briliant touch, and DOF is just about perfect !!! Good job, Phil :)

Very impressive. Someone's been studying actual photos of dolphins underwater, I think. :^) I never missed a Jacque Cousteau special (biology major in college) and as has been said, this is photographic.

You're right, it's been done to death, but this one outdoes any others in my book. Very beautiful.

As dolphins and whales are far more intelligent and spiritual than man, you've captured their essence of being instead of doing. This is a great piece, well done sir!
