Description

This is an old piece of work. The buiding was my second model after the lady. This building was first created using NURBS in Softimage on Irix Workstation. But after only 7 columns, Softimage crawled on me. I could not rotate the scene around. Therefore I abandoned the project. I am so impress with AM on a 300Mhz PC after that.

do you know why soft got so slow? NURBS! why use nurbs for a building? thats really not a smart idea! I know SGI in combination with soft 3d, and all works great until you start using nurbs!
