Great sky! :)) Love those moving clouds! But terrain and texturing needs some work it out :)

For Big Sur it needs much more green, much more in the way of cliffs, much less in the way of beaches. Oops, that's not beaches. That's a weird reflection on the water. The sky an reflections are cool very surrealistic. Anyways, I digress. Big Sur is a lot less rolling and has big, green trees and such. Keep it up.
