Often the "straight from fron" POV makes an image dull, but in this case it enhances the sense of depth. The tunnel of arches, and that carousel in the background, combined with the almost surrealistic background set an awesome mood and a great sense of space. The two characters seem completely oblivious to the enormous space surrounding them, having their minds and eyes on each other. The little spark above the angels head, the flower in his hand and the lyre are very nice finishing touches. And the combined pose is awesome. Truly excellent work.
