This warm, pleasant piece of well designed imagery has the appearance of both a painting and a fractal render - one of the very first of it's kind that I've ever seen. I am not familiar with the program "Apophysis" but certainly am with Paint Shop Pro 8, of which I can see you weld both excellently. This scene is very tranquil and serene...(well - except for the bugs...lol) The colors are truly harmonious and set the mood of the render beautifully - well done and a vote!
