I can see both of those...it does have a woodwind look to it. What first came to my mind when I saw it was...don't laugh now...drill press. LOL Anyway...it's excellent! ;o)

I first thought of flutes and pipes but I can see the shells to, expecially that really long sharp looking one. Fantastic work, there sure is a lot to look at in here!
