Description
The huge underground concourse underneath City Hall and Broad Street in Philly.
I nearly got arrested taking these pictures...I was not aware that it is now illegal to take pictures of mass transit and that I needed a permit from the city.
Whoops. At least the cops didn`t make me erase them, although they did ask me to leave, since I didn`t have identification on me.
