Description
In the 20th century, a scientist called Dyson postulated that a sufficiently advanced civilization would be capable to build, in their home solar system, a sphere with the radius of a standard Earth orbit encompassing entirely its sun. The inner surface of the sphere would be habitable, thus giving to the civilization maximum exploit of the sun energy, and a living space equal to many billions times the Earth surface.
This is a view of the sphere from the space...

I remember that Star Trek episode in which they had that Dyson sphere...like everything, it had to have blinky lights and be visible in space...but where was the light coming from, huh?
