For long-time viewers, we are at the end of the tour of the Japanese Chinese Tea Garden in San Antonio, Texas. New viewers can start their tour at the main gate! Novel idea!! I believe the plaque on the right commemorates the start-up of the garden and the Japanese family that was hired to turn an abandoned quarry into a pleasure spot. The railing on the left bears the signature of the carver: Made by D. Rodriguez. A 'well done' to all who made it possible to have such a feature.
