Description

The ancient craft of spinning fiber into yarn for weaving may use a simple hand spindle or a spinning wheel. This spinner is lost in the past, the gentle rhythm of the wheel, the twisting of the fiber, all work like a mantra. A calmness takes over and she is indeed lost in the work the mind and body. Flax is being spun into linen.
