Description
I had the idea to create a mattepainting, while I looked thru some egyptian holiday photos of my friend. Like you see I've mixed up some stuff, various pyramids, obelisks, figures, etc. found via google and some digital photos of my friend.
This time I wanted to achieve the lighting of dawn, showing the contrast between the coolness of night and the warm feeling of the beginning sunset.
I've used Painter 8 and Photoshop 7 on a Wacom Intuos2 A4 board. Finally I'll project the matte on a 3D geometry for an animation . . .
