Description

Here I am again with the fractals... I love these ones that look like feathers. As soon as I did this one, It looked like an eye staring out at me. I did add a layer in photoshop to enhance the "eye" effect with a layer style. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do! :) Take care, Donna
