Description
Waiting for hurricane Frances to get here I thought I would create a quick tribute to Apollo the ancient Greek god of the sun. I also just wanted to play with the millenium horse again.

Djeser, I did have to resort to post painting the reins from the manes back to Apollo's hand but the other harnesses I modeled quickly in RDS.

Oh gosh, I hope Francis leaves you alone! I still can't get through to my mom in West Palm Beach. :-( What a glorious image! Love the movement in the horses, the lighting and gleam and the color of the sky. Beautiful!!
