I can see you used the Z-Toon technique, but the face looks a little 'off'. Apart from that it is a very nice image.

No 'Z tooning' effect was used, It seems it is a lot of work for a very similar result. I use the front camera and white Poser lighting with no shadows then add linework in post. Rendering some parts separate, adding the black line in postwork and using of the front camera is responsible for the flat appearance of the final image. Try it out and see the results!
