The attention to detail is overwhelming!

Okay; what's under the hood?!?!? Of your computer I mean! How do you do it?!? I long to put in THis kind of detail myself, but alas; My powerful Dell is lacking. Nothing but praise for you, as per usual.
XKILLAX
I think it's all about how much ram you have. The model looks very detailed, and although I have to say it's not the most beutiful of things, it looks very functional. BTW, just me or does it look like legos when you first take a look at it?

mamamia is right...

sometimes I tink you insane..but in a good kinda way..;) to do this all in Bryce booleans, and get this kinda detail..well, you're on a level far beyond us..;) fantastic..as usuall..;

Looks great, although exceptionally clean at the moment, can't have been used yet, one careful owner......

Great concept design on the spacecraft. When do the 2005 models come out? Can I get one?
Bambam131
Gog CA1 thanks for your comment but, why should it be other wise. The ship is design for one mission; going to Mars than back to earth. It does not enter the atmosphere so you should not see any wear on the out side of the ship. If you use the ISS as an example with the first parts having been up sense December of 98 you see NO discernable degradation of materials. I hope that this explains why you see the ship as is. Cheers, David

33076 objects?! 2 weeks?! Don't know how you do it! I would think in Bryce it would get very difficult to see what you're doing after awhile. At least in Carrara you can boolean objects and it's a permanent mesh. Staggering work!

Bravo! You have not, however, inspired me to dabble in booleans; your work is so intricate and so beautiful that I would say good-bye to my sanity if I even attempted to what you do the way you do. You are a marvel. You are an inspiration. Truly. Top o' the superlatives to ye.
XENOPHONZ
Wow. This model takes the cake. My hat's off to you.

sheesh!!!! Somones been busy!Awesome work

The level of detail is incredible! You have done an excellent job is creating a ship that is visually reasonable as well. Nothing really SF-ish about it. Great job!

LOLOL, Hmmmmm....Doesn't quite look like the USS Shenandoah I served on...really. I was in the US Navy and served on the USS Shenandoah AD-44, from 1983-1986. Bam', this looks fantastic, as all of your spacecraft have looked. Love the Attention to Detail, even if conceptual detail.

A superlative WIP image! I can't wait to see the finished vessel. I agree with you decision to leave the ship clean looking. Most folks expect the weathered, grimy, beat-up look to spaceships because that is what the SF media shows us and that is what we see on earth-bound vehicles. While landers and shuttles might expect some weathering due to entering planetary atmosphere, what weather would effect spacecraft used solely in vacuum environments? Congrats on your dedication to real rather than perceived realism.

Man, what a pleasure is always to see your models! Wonderful work.

If Only Nasa would put such care and detail into creating Long Voyage Space Craft!
