it's a nice work, as a start. To draw a face from front is never easy for it's never easy to catch simmetries. that was done quite nicely. Now it lacks a bit of shades and lights.. the skin tone still look flat (if this is a portrait done for aiming at realism, in case it's meant to be cartoon-like that's different). The lines of mouth distracts a bit, and a contrast in lips colour would work to detach them from the rest of the face. Hair too need some lights somewhere :) Hope to have helped.. still it's a nice start :) keep it up and results will come :)
