Description

[ UF 3.04 - sharpened slightly in PP8 ] Thanks to all who kindly viewed Dianna's Shield from yesterday, and special thanks to you who took time to leave a comment and ranking. I truly appreciate your extra efforts and your council and support. I am behind in my thank you messages and with my added responsibilities and some serious computer problems I've recently been encountering, sadly, I may never catch up. In this I ask your kind indulgence for with the very limited time I have available I can either learn more about UF and try to grow and improve my art (which sorely needs it), or try to catch up IM thank yous. For now I've chosen the former in hopes you'll understand and support my decision. When I get things under better control and as time permits, I will resume. Thanks again for your understanding and may you have a fine Tuesday. Rik )-;D P,S. Hope you enjoy the image even if it is a bit bright and the subject matter a bit uncomfortable!

What a perfect title you chose for this! Truly amazing fractal, and as for the thank yous, you needn't ever worry about sending one to me...I comment because I want to, and I never expect to be thanked :-)

I think the above should be entitled "Birth of the Lighted Fractals". They look like they are rising from the water, full of life and hope. My reasons for commenting as are the same as Avalonne. Alovely image.

there is a lot you could say about this piece...the light flash is blinding and it seems to be propelling only some of the forms...the one on the left is unaffected just floating there...you wonder if they are all bombs waiting to explode...great work!

Fuse those atoms and liquify the earth! Terrific looking work, maybe it should be a little brighter to simulate our screens evaporating! Love it.

Rik, the most important thing is the development of your skills as a fractalartist. It's always nice to recieve comments or IM's, but i rather look at 1 new work from you than reading comments on 2 of mine. This is a pretty powerful work. The lighting is eye-blinding, and you can almost feel the heat coming your way. Excellence, my friend!!

Warm golden rays of the atomic disaster separate our flesh from our bones...it's such a beautiful picture! You use the colors and light very effectively, and I admire the water effect too! Excellent!
