Description

So I couldn't stay away from fractals completely :). But this one was addicting. This is my first major compilation! It started out as a tiny cute snail for a banner but became a bit more involved, lol. Contains 37 layers, including 9 Apo layers, and was ALOT of fun!! Thanks to Rupert Ward for helping me find the perfect smile for the snail. Hope you enjoy!! UF3, Apophysis 2 and PI (only for sig, slight sharpening and dots for bird eyes)

A whimsical and enchanting scene and an excellent composition! The snail, of course, is a touch of brilliance and sooo cute, and I love the added touches of birds and butterfly and beautiful sky. So excellent!

Great fun fractal! The flame fractal plants harmonize well with that spectacular sky, and the beautiful colors make for an appealing image.

Wonderful and creative imagery and use of fractals! I love it; it would make a great illustration for a children's book; I'd love to see a whole series (like Rocserum's alphabet). Excellent!

How utterly delightful, Melissa! He's adorable and I love all the intricate details. I think this is probably the most involved image you've done to date, and ya did great! Love that blue sky and those cute little gold birds!! Excellent work!! You've come a long way. :)
