What a cutie she is (and a very nice photo, too). We have a Rotweiller and a Doberman. By the way, is the depth of field blur from the camera or postwork?

I'd say great for a first! I too am in bad need of a new camera - not that i'm any great talent in photography, but the old one doesnt even have zoom options... and by the way, i have a Teckel :) Nice shot of a very cute dog :)
