Very nice work...the 3d clouds look a little strange and I have found that high distort by terrain water settings cause parallel lines in the water as seen here...still, I like the rays and the cool blue colors!!

View and water are good, the atmosphere looks good too, though a bit unusual, but I see some very interesting clouds!
