In celebration of the opening of my very own website! http://www.forgefires.co.uk ive decided to host a contest for anyone wishing to enter!! ~The Contest~ The Warrior, be they barbarian or amazon, samurai or duellist....they are the peak of human battle! Seeming forged by the gods! Prowess and skill with blade or bow their mark upon the world! But can you define that in artwork? Thats the challenge! Render a WARRIOR! Fantasy, Sci-Fi whatever you desire! ~The Rules~ The picture can be any size (within Osity guidelines obviously)! Obviously must be of a warrior of some variety..male or female... heres the tough one ;) NO NAKEDNESS!! by this i mean no bare breasts for the ladies. Skimpy is ok...naked is not ;) Starting date is TODAY: 10.9.2004 Closing date: 30.9.2004 ~The Winner~ !!!ONE WINNER ONLY!!! Will be the person who has captured the spirit and power and grace and skill of a WARRIOR the best! Its that simple.... Judging will be by my partner and my good friend! My Partner is my best art critic and if she can tell me my work is crap or dont look right i think she is gonna be able to judge this just as well! My friend regularly kicks my butt with a sword! and has trained with me and against me for the past 15 years in swordplay and weapons skills! He will make an awesome judge of Warrior prowess!
