Beautiful. I doesn't quite give the feeling of viewing from underwater and I'm not sure why (assuming that is what you were going for). Maybe some depth cueing is needed? Also I think that the strong reflection on the bottom of the fish kills an underwater illusion; should be dark on the bottom, I think.
