This is turning into one hell of a series! Another great piece, loose but detailed, and the little shaft of light is a perfect final touch. Thanks for finishing this off before you go to bed hon hugs :-)

Oh, you sweet little Bucket! You've got empathy to all and everything. --- Bucket is so a universal - and unique character! I really hope we all have a Bucket in our soul:-) Thank you dear Cassie for these deep and sweet adventures with that little girl! We need her! And Tteddy too :-) hugs

As soon as I saw the e-bo tell me that you had a new one the very first word to pop in my head was "Bucket?" It was with great anticipation that I clicked the link that would bring me here and not only was I not disappointed, but completely blown away! I totally agree with Jim, this is one hell of a series. Keep em coming dear, they are simply fantastic.

Ah, this is so sweet. And all the other little graves too. What to say - both Synapse and titta have said are correct. I love the style of these as well. A big Bravo for Bucket and Tteddy.

I have to agree with the sentiments expressed already. It's not often that I look forward to "the next in a series". But Bucket has me waiting in anticipation for more.

There is something so haunting about these snapshots from dear Bucket's world. A great credit to your fertile imagination, Cassie. Thanks as always....

oh angel... your expressivity simply has no match in anything elese around. I think I am the first Bucket fan... really, if you would create a book with 10000 images of this hero, I would but it even if it'd cost 1000$ :)

Like all of us Im loving this series Cassie, memories of reading such great stories like Cant you sleep little bear and me something and little Gee to my children, where Im sure the illustrations where created for the parents and not the children : 0)

Another precious image showing us how awesome Bucket and Ted areHUGS I love the touch of the nativity scene there...and you know, the star on the former draws a parallel to my eye, with the fallen clothes wheel. It looks rather like a star too - a crumpled star, but still a star.

Without much love in the world shown to her, Bucket certainly shows she is not lacking in it herself, caring for things that no one else cares for in ways that are both touching and forlorn. She's like the lost little child we have in all of us, who's dreams were broken on finding out there really is no Santa. This pic is no exception to the amazing works you have drawn of her so far. hug
