Description

It was a strange world the droids found..mostly just rocks and water, the most evoluted lifeform being an algea that floated over the water by producing methane, the roots immersed...but they would be a good hydrocarbon supply. The colonists carried their own supply of seedgoods and farmanimals. They would survife with ease with that little local competition. Here you see some survey droids closing in on a cinstruction site Enjoy Dj

Brilliant imagination... and a very inspiring image. If this is the shape of things to come in the future, then I am definitely looking forward to it. Great stuff, my friend. :o)

"They would survife with ease with that little local competition"? I'm reporting you to the IGSPCXA (Inter-Galactical Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Xeno-Animals) immediately. They'll soon put a stop to your unethical colonization at the cost of the destruction of the local primitive flora! So there! (heh! heh!) Seriously, given our track record of destroying species on our own planet, do we even have the right to colonize a planet, which has developed its own forms of life? I don't think this planet can afford to have humans live there, or even visit too much. Well, enough of that. One of your more interesting compositions. I don't always comment on every picture you do, but I do look at all of them and enjoy your on-going space adventures very much.

A fantastic terrain and atmosphere nevertheless. Where there's a will there's a way, I've heard. Very cool sci-fi scene! V (:

Two thumbs up. Would the colonists try the algie in a soup I wonder? Cattle feed? Internal symbiote looking for a suitable host? Nothing is what it seems all the time. I wonder if DJ managed to seak a Barracuda or two into the jumble of parts and pieces. I gotta give ya another vote - super cool as ever.

an interesting, almost abstract image of an alien landscape; cool 3D CGI work as always! :-)
