Description

This is Take 2 as I tried to post this last night but was evidently no coherent enough to post the correct image :P This was taken on Wednesday September 8 as Tropical Storm "Frances's influence over Souther South Carolina was begining to weaken. Though we did not see the sam scale of damage that Florida did we still saw nature's power rather violently demonstrated.
