Description

This is my first post to the gallery. I made this about a year or so ago. Skirt, necklace modelled in Rhino. Figure modelled in Poser. Everything else modelled in Bryce. Rendered in Bryce. No post work. Constructive criticism welcomed.

looks good. though I cant see the neclace you mention, like the detail on the upper part of the pillers. I think theres a repeated theme from the pillers on the two stands on either side of the figure but I cant make it out, might be my monitor though. better than my first post :)

quite haunting. perhaps a bit less ambience might help in setting the mood though :)

I agree with Drac about the ambience, but the modeling is very good.

Centralize (crop), focus on the girl (pains me as I hate poser figures). Shift lighting to illuminate the scene (inside). Leave the outside water as is, unfocused. My 2 cents...............markostimpy................

I think the ambience is OK- the water and lighting seem to be in order- but I don't care too much for the "shine" on the surface of the floor of her (barge?)vessel. For some reason, the shadows look funny on the right hand pillars. But, you got a great pic here non the less!

Great looking water temple. I think you should do something with the sky though. Maybe throw up some stars, or a stormy sky with lightning in the background.
