hehe...kitty! Oh..right...I think that the subject (the writer) has just recieved a letter notifying him that something horrible has happened, a loved on has died, maybe his favorite chicken passed away on his parents old farm. He was responding to the letter when he suddenly became emotional and had to stop for a while. Maybe he fell asleep during a cry.

It was a long hard, cold day. A nice warm fire and an after dinner wine. This seems a great way to wind down from a busy day and finish that letter to....ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ.

He has to write a term paper on a really boring subject, and passed out while on the third paragraph of the second page. And he still has 7 more pages to go.
