Description
this is my little nephew lucas at my pool, he is totally deaf but had a cochlear implant which has miraculously allowed him to hear but he can't wear it in the water so his mommy takes it off him when he swims, looks like he is signing to her in the pool from his little chair that i got for him, he just said kitty for first time too!
