A test of camera blur. Also trying to thin the focal edge to a minimum to see what happens.

Excellent study work. Your test is a great succes, I'd say. Artistically, I would love to see the entire cup in focus. To me, it makes a bit of negative visual tension to not be able to focus on the whole main subject. Regardless, you have done an excellent job with the textures, composition, lighting, POV, and the DOF. Keep it up :-)
