Dirk this is another wonderful work of art. I immediately saw an old world map in your render. The color and design convey perfectly your vision for this image. Your sentiment is wonderful as well, and I agree. We need to pause sometimes and reflect, recharge. Excellent in all aspects.

An old world map with a compass in the center, so you'll always be steering in the right direction! And it looks like you are right on course, good to get away from the pc once in a while. An interesting copper mesh image. Seems to be a symbol of the complexity of life. The center points to many directions. Sometimes hard to make a choice.

It reminds me of the saying, "time waits for no man." I personally think it's important and beneficial to take time to reflect and- at the same time, keep in mind the eteranl perspective. AWEsome and outanding image, Dirk! Love the grand sense of scale, cool rusty color and fine grid.
