~~~***~~ PIPER (WIP 2) ~~***~~~ Yesterday, I posted the 1st "Piper" image and i'm having a tough time deciding which I like more - that one, - or this one. If anyone could take the time to look at both, and give your opinion as to which is better, what needs improvement, etc - i'd truly appreciate the input, as i'm thinking about entering one of them in a contest. I recognize there are a few things I could do in this version - but wanted to post it now as time is running out for entries. Thanks so much everyone, God Bless and have a SUPER wonderful day! (all merchant credits are the same as yesterdays) Special thanks to Sarsa and Thorne for their adorable "Pookling" characters, Lynne over at Vista for her sheep, & Firebirdz (Chris) for the fabulous hair poses for Grace Lion Hair.

Well they are both very well done, but I like the color and lighting on the first one. It looks more dramatic. Excellent images!

The 1st one was pretty cool, and I agree that color & lighting make a big difference in dramatic effect. But I think I like this 2nd one better only because your able to see the fairy, and a little bit of the background better & more clear. He's a really cute fairy (it is a "he", isnt it?). Great job.

This image is also beautiful, but I have to agree that I like the first image better. I think the light in the first image just really sets up a certain mood and just makes the picture really come together. Even still, this image is wonderful as well!

It's a hard decision Suzi, the first image is more moody overall, but the second shows the figure's expression more and we see it's character. I think I'd go with this one (the second). Either way it's a winner. I'd be very proud to have created either.

Hard choice, they're both wonderful but after taking a couple of looks, I have to say I like this one the most. The lighting is softer and you see more details of the Piper; the atmosphere is terrific. Very haunting and soulful render. I can here the pipes from here.
