I like the dreamy look of this photo. Your placement of the building I think is good and so is the the idea of having the hand rail of the bridge leading up to the building. I also like the blue tone. Over all I think this is a very good photo.

The composition and perspective is absolutely perfect. The use of an alternative film for this image resulted in a stunning natural enviroment surrounding the subject. A wonderful photograph.
