Deeply touching image and words, Bobby. You're one of the most caring people I know, and I join you in thinking of and praying for everyone who's had their lives devastated by these hurricanes. The expression on Just Peachy's face says so much. Brilliant artwork and words, sweetie! (((HUGS)))

It looks as if she is waiting or hiding from the hurricane. The sky behind her looks menacing. Great job, Bobby!! Hugs ~ Sue

Aw, sweety, I didn't know you gre up right next door to me :D I'm from the Gulfport/Longbeach area of Mississippi. I've just been frantic cause I have tons of friends there still. It's been an unbelievable year for hurricanes and my heart goes to everyone down there suffering. Mother Nature can be wicked! Keep your chins up...All is not lost! Excellent image, B! Love her facial expression!!! Big hugz, Meli

Great dedication, those hurricanes are a real nightmare! "Mother Nature can be a bitch." I've used that expression as a corollary to Murphy's Law more than once when a chemical experiment went wrong, but this is far more serious. Guud luck to all people in the hurricane area, hang in there! Large shadow maps can be a real pain to render (2 hours is mild, I've had shadow maps that took 8 hours to render, on a FAST machine!), that's why I usually try raytraced shadows first. Much faster, but alas, more crash-prone. Beautiful expression, she seems concerned, and that sky on the background iw fantastic. Excellent work!
