excellent photography.but this isn`t a Clematis, it is a Passion Flower or Maracuja Blossom. !!!!!!! #:O) !!!!!!!

thanks for the info ... i wasnt sure of the flower and the closest advice I got was clematis .... yeah compression hasnt done me many favours.

funny... looked up passion flowers and it says they dont like cold... these are in a bleak part of northern scotland... - 20 in the winter and +23 in the summer with copious rain fall and high winds.... go figure
