Thank you for your comments... exposure was 1/3 of a second.. Pure serendipity on this shot, I had wanted to go to a different area but had to work late. On the way home I was search the brain trying to find some place to go. I stopped at the local dog park and walked to the river.. sometimes it pays to go with the flow ;-)
