Description

I did this just to have fun at making something recognizable. Then, as I put it together, it started making a political statement to me. If you enjoy the image, cool. If you read my political rant, thank you.
***
What I did was, Google the phrase "white house is a symbol of" and took some of the results as listed below.
The White House is a symbol of hope. Hope that everyone can grow up to be President no matter what their beginnings.
The White House is a symbol of democracy
... is a symbol of the United States
... is a symbol for everyone in the country
... is a symbol of American leadership
... is a symbol of American ideals, values and aspirations

Then.... without intending to make a statement aimed at any particular side in this two year long political season these United States have had to endure, I figured this old broken down, decrepit ramshackle version of the White House, might also be a symbol of all the double-talking, dirty trickery, rumor spreading partisan politics that has become so routine nowadays. The more negative the campaigns get, the lower the flag dips and if they can throw accusations far enough and insinuate how bad their opponent is, then we will simply vote for the lesser of two evils. Most politicians would probably just say, "That's just the way politics works".
Yeah, I know, that's the problem!
It's all just a facade

Well, a very understanding representation...and great job BTW,...as a Canadian who can't help but be involved in American politics..I applaud this image...simply because you can post it freely for all to see...both candidates,I'm sure, will uphold your right to do that..and may the man with most votes win!!!

While all along, escaping the real mise. Ain't it a shame? Our municipal courthouse has all the modern amenities...toilets that flush when you walk away from them...yet the rest of the surrounding business sector is in shambles. So much for taking responsibility!

Politicians do say that's the way things work, Politicians also know to use things that are effective. So i sorta wonder w h y it's effective. Fascinating question, at least, it is to me. I don't think it's going to change. Not in America, anyhow.

What you have done here is pure genius... the render and the statement! So instead of ranting... I'll just sit in appreciation and awe of your talent and your mind... ^

Would you care to do the British Houses of Parliament next? A matchstick Big Ben would say it nicely. :)

Brilliantly conceived. Yes it can be seen as a facade behind which the big corporations ply their trade. What's holding the facade up is not spindly sticks but huge heavily laden sacks overflowing with a rampaging national debt.

You definitely get my vote! Ha! Seriously, for once, I'm not sure there is a choice between a greater and a lessor evil. But things can't get much worse, so I may go for the unknown evil, rather than the evil that I've come to know.
