Hmmm... not entirely satisfied actually. I think there's too little red slowly entering the fray from the bottom left. To mee it feels like a still image of a short clip, in which a red color slowly infects the entire video... Might have been even better if you'd use some mirror cracks, so it kind of looks like a framed photo slowly being drenched in blood.
