Wow, there is certainly a lot going on in the scene, yet I'm left with the feeling that there really isn't a subject for this image. My eye is drawn to the foreground dragon, but it's growling at something I can't see. There are two raptors approaching, but they're off to the side and they don't seem to be any concern to the main dragon. Then there are the other dragons, flying in different directions. Are they just air traffic, or are they looking for something? And then there's an erupting volcano, which is not of any worry to three dragons or two raptors, so it must not be that much of a threat to them...

I can agree somewhat with commander bombast, but unlike him, I can imagine that the dragon is facing at least another raptor (or more) which are beyond my view. It may be busy, but it is very well done busy-ness. Maybe if you had both raptors and dragon facing toward the viewer, as if all of them were fleeing the volcano, it would work a little better.
