:-) I like it - even the unbalanced framing ;-) The strength of the bump map is maybe a hair too strong on the body compared to her face, but that said I like what it does. :-) My $0.02 - great stuff.

The face, hair and costume are great, but the skin on the chest and shoulders has some texture in it that takes away from the overall pict. Who is the character pheonix? Interesting, my cousin spells her name the same way...

Phoenix is the mythical bird that rose from the ashes after a firey death.. I surmise that the bump mapping on the skin is to express this Pheonix has also suffered through fire...
