Description
This one took some time, mostly because my 'puter's slow and it was about 80mb. Rendered in Bryce at 3500 pixels high, there is of course, my usual prerequisite amount of Photoshop and Painter work afterwards. I would love to post a larger version, but then you'd never be able to see the whole thing at one time. Anyway, the figure is V2, the wings are the eagle wings out of the creature pak. Hope y'all like it; comments very much appreciated.

Voodoo, I just have to say a few things. I'm new to the area (new kid on the block) and I saw your homepage that included the tutorials. I've posted a few pics, using previous styles and techniques but haven't been able to achieve the quality I've wanted. After viewing your tuts, I won't post another pic until I can grasp inside myself the true essence and feeling you are able to exude in your paintings. Your style and flair isn't just isn't a quick render (not saying that those quick renders aren't fun doing), its truly a work of art, and one that many I'm sure here will aspire too (including myself). This is truly an amazing gut-wrenching work of art and I applaud your skills. Thank you again for those tutorials you posted, and I look forward to learning more from you.

According to my way of seeing, this it is an impressive work!!, the camera from a low angle, makes that the main figure acquires a great visual impact, and there is a detail that it impresses me, it is those small cobbles that come off of the ravine, sign that the angel had jumped to undertake the flight, the position of the body and the wings has a very harmonic movement that believes a very balanced composition with the border of the ravine, the palette of colors that you had used for the sky make an appropriate mark for this work.
