Great!! I assume that one of the 3 shots was the paraglider. I practice this sport. If I give you a shot of me flying and another of the mountains I like, would you merge them into a single one? pp

Great job for a marvelous subject. It's really a pity to see the glacier smaller than some year ago, I rembember it I suppose 15 years ago in august and the mountain was only a glacier

to pimbotin: this have been 3 shots of the mountain, the sea, the middle of the mount and the top inclusive sky + paraglider. I havent merged the glider into the landscape, sorry. but if you like me to merge 2 pics to 1 for you, just send me your pics, ill do my very best ;o)

Woo Hoo, I was there last year. This is a beautiful view of the highest peak in the Dolomites. I cheated and took the lift up to the refuge you can see to the right of that big sharp crag in the middle, and walked back down to the dam. I wish I knew about the road snaking up there, we ended up coming down some very steep scrambling that seemed to go on for hours (with my two year old daughter on my back). Thank you so much for posting this, I've wanted to see this view of Marmolada for ages, to trace my path back down. It was a journey I'll never forget. V
