I became a member of Renderosity in 2001. I joined the staff in 2003 as the first MojoWorld moderator. I was also the first Terragen moderator . I've has spent time moderating in Photography,Poser,Fractals and the now defunct OT and Den forums. I "retired" after 7 years.

Pif...have you tried upping the refractive index & place a dim lightsource behind it. You may find you get more interesting results..rather than peering straight through the objects. Plus you will possibly gain a greter sense of depth through the object layers. Only a comment, so try & assist with the experiment...also adding some small displacements on the crystals surface helps with the refraction. Nice work all the same :-)
