playing with nebula`s in bryce...with a little help from a poser hand....lol please comment as i`m only learning and your comments would help me improve. Thanx

Pretty good. The only thing I would really suggest is making the hand with Earth look as though it is in the same "atmosphere" as the nebulas. It appears that you used Photoshop for the light flares. The atmosphere could be done in Photoshop as well, just some misty stuff around the hand and planet, maybe some blurring. They just look too pasted onto the scene. I like the Earth texture used here. Another thing would be using some smudging to give a motion effect to the hand, so it looks like it is coming at the viewer rather than standing still.
