Description

Here is yet another one of my neverending renderings of Olympus Mons on Mars. The limb haze was added with a plugin in Paint Shop Pro. The planetary shadow in the atmosphere was also made in PSP.

Thanks to everyone for the kind comments. Yes, I am very pleased with the results, too. Unless NASA drastically lowers its standards, I will never have a chance to really travel to Mars, so I try to do it in my imagination.

One of the best of the Mars terrains I have seen in a LONG time! Though it has the artistic long shadows not on the realistic side - a superb endeavour as well!
