Description

Thanks for viewing ! Comments are welcome... The Parasol Mushroom, Macrolepiota procera. The cap is about 25 cm (10 inches) across with a dark central bump. The stem is about 20 cm long (8 inches). All together a large mushroom :o) This mushroom is edible, but beginners should be very careful with it, since it superficially resembles the Amanitas. It also has some more closely related poisonous look-alikes. Hope you like :o) Thanks for all your wonderful comments on my last upload, "Slimy Mushroom" !! Many thanks, Enmos

Poisonous mush could be deadly at times but i love mush as such and am not good at picking them, wouldnt know which is good or bad.......... for me the poly pack sealed ones would do but your shot is amazingly beautiful as ever..... very inspriring but with the limits of tools i doubt if i can make it this cool.:O))
