I now this is still very much a WIP at the momment but here is my 2cents anyway. With regards to the wheels will they be single flanged or double, at the mo there is no indication. Is all the wheels supposed to be the same size? The other attention to detail such as the bell chain etc, I take it will come in time through more iterative WIP's. You are doing good work so far, i look forward in seeing this take shape. Good luck bud :o)
