Weird and wicked looking cave, and her pose is awesome. Either she's inspecting the edge of her sword, or she's preparing to ram it down some unfortunate throat somewhere out of view. The blade looks like it's made of bone, you might want to work on the shaders there. Your character looks pretty good, great morph - I like that muscled abdomen! - and texture. You might want to get her some better hair though. All in all, I think it's a great job.
